Payment In Full In Advance Only
1) No refunds
2) Table rental is Individual - $30 (Have to bring own table (s) Bike Shops or Businesses - $70 per 10’X10’Expo space includes 1 table (vendors may bring in 1 extra table). Non-Pro fits can get 1 space (have to bring your own table).
Registration increases to $50/table ($100/Expo Space) after March 1st
3) Pay online by Credit card only or pay by check with a paper application) to Omaha Pedalers Bicycle Club.
4) Seller set up begins at 9:00 AM. No more than two people per table rented may enter the Bike Swap to assist in set up prior to the official Bike Swap starting time of 11:00 AM.
5) Please be respectful of venue. No tape on walls or doorways.
6) Omaha Pedalers Bicycle Club and its sponsors and members are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7) Aisles and walkways may not be obstructed.
8) Bike Swap operators reserve the right to modify these rules and add rules without notice.
