Bellevue: Cedar Island Road south to Chandler Drive west to Sarpy Avenue south to Harrison Street.
Omaha: Harrison Street east to Gilmore Avenue southeast to Y Street east to South 13th Street south to Mount Vernon Gardens which is the beginning of the Omaha Riverfront Trail. Taking that trail North to the Veterans Memorial Trail crossing the river east to Council Bluffs.
Council Bluffs: Veterans Memorial Trail east connecting with the Lake Manawa Trail going clockwise around Lake Manawa connecting with the Bob Kerry Trail back to the Veterans Memorial Trail west across the river back to Omaha and ending back at Mount Vernon Gardens.
